We have a team of quality control officers that ensure that quality is maintained at every level of production. Our company procures premium quality china clay, kyanite, saw dust, etc. from reliable vendors. At this stage all our products are tested on various physical and chemical parameters. The company has an in-house testing laboratory that checks all the products for any kind of production flaws or discrepancies. We have been continuously accredited with ISO 9001 certification since the year 2000.

Infrastructure
With the large manufacturing base, we have the capability to give desired production within a short span of time. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing unit comprises of modern oil/petcoke fired tunnel kilns for giving continuous production round the clock, round the year. Two driers ensure quality products without defects and cracks. Two pugmills, six mixers, two driers, four tunnels, twenty brick cutters work round the clock to ensure smooth production backed by full capacity DG sets. To ensure power supply we have installed a separate dedicated power line of over five kilometers from the main station.

Reliable Refractories has engaged industry experts on long term association to serve as a technology backbone. Our team has Management Experts and Engineers with wide experience in the line of business. They are aware of all kinds of precautions and parameters that have to be kept in mind during the production process.
